We are both a telecommunications company and an ICT/BPO integration company working in complete, integrated manner. THE TELECOM BUSINESS

Landline phone services: Local calls, domestic and international long-distance phone calls (with Carrier Selection Code (CSC) 12), public and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone services

Mobile phone services: Pre-paid, post-paid and third generation (3G) plans, with video call and internet access services.

Broadband: (Type I and Type II) ADSL, HFC, GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network), 3G mobile broadband and ultra-broadband Internet access capable of transmitting data of up to 100 Mbps

Data communication: High-speed data for the corporate market, offered through a modern IP network

Pay television: Lineup with over 150 SD and HD channels, available through cable and satellite technologies

Media: Complementary interaction solutions in three segments: News – print and online versions of the Correio de Uberlândia newspaper; Phone lookup services – Sabe phone directory, Sabe and Viver guides and Netsabe website, with the contents of the directory and guides; and out-of-home media –Alooh Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH) media network (off-line tools, as well as voice and on-line DOOH screens).

Service area

A new submarine fiber-optic cable of over 10,000 km will be laid between Santos, Brazil, and Boca Raton, U.S.

Our backbone has a circular long-distance fiber-optic network of 19,000km. To connect Brazil to the rest of the world, there are two international Points of Presence (PoPs) located at the NAP of the Americas. Part of the antennas, buildings and towers are shared with other parties to reduce the environmental impact and be more sustainable.

IT infrastructure
Our client information storage services, with flexibility and scalability, provide productivity gains and the best cost-performance ratio. Our three data centers–two in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais State, and one in Campinas, São Paulo State–are interconnected by fiber-optic systems and serve clients in Brazil and other countries. We also offer cloud computing services.

Our IT and Telecom support and management services provide continuous IT service availability and increased security for our clients’ operations through cutting-edge technology and the best market practices.

Applications
